We go out of our way to support local farmers who use sustainable practices and offer certified organic produce. These suppliers are the key to bringing you the best Italian cuisine right here in Mont-Tremblant.
Organic ingredients are used whenever possible. We are particularly proud of our partnerships with Morgan Farms, in the village of Weir, here in the Laurentians, and our ever growing relationship with Les Fermes du Nordest in Mont Laurier. They are now making our sausages from Luigi’s own recipe, as well as supplying our lamb, steaks, chicken and many of our old cuts for our store.
We use only extra virgin certified organic olive oil cultivated and produced by Antonio Pettinicchi from Lucito, Molise, Italy. His small-yield, age-old production practices perfectly complement our menu. Antonio’s practices reflect our belief in sustainable development and further motivate us to follow the principles of the Slow Food movement.
